Fake friends are a term used to describe fair-weather or selfish friends.

 True friends are like diamonds (precious and rare), while fake friends are like autumn leaves found everywhere. A faithful friend is the medicine of life.

 Friends are rightly called an alter ego and they are perhaps those people with whom we can share our joys and sorrows. Adversity is the litmus test of any friendship. 

Fake friends are those friends who deceive us and break our trust somewhere down the line. They talk behind our back rather than talking face to face with us. In times of adversity, they desert others and leave them in a lurch. One should be careful while choosing friends and keep such fake friends at arm’s length. Joan Jett had once rightly remarked •••> "You got nothing to lose. You don't lose when you lose fake friends.”

BAWA HATI YANG LARA

Semakin ku kejar. semakin kau jauh. Sampaikan aku tak tahu bagaimana untuk bersamamu lagi seperti dahulu. Atau mungkin selama ini, kau hanya bertopeng sahabat mulia. Tapi aku tahu lumrah kehidupan, kawan  untuk bersenang lenang, amatlah ramai. Tapi yang stay bersama kita ketika susah, amatlah sedikit. Adakah kau hanya akan mengingati kawanmu ini ketika kau sudah tiada siapa-siapa? Ketika kau berada di dalam kesusahan? Ya, kerana kawanmu ini sahaja yang akan duduk menangis bersamamu sekali. Adakah mereka juga akan berbuat perkara yang sama? Hurmm tunggulah masanya tiba nanti. Dan ketika itu, aku sudah hilang dari kewujudan ini. Cukup sampai sini.

Dan pada yang lain pula, adakah kawanmu ini satu-satunya kawan yang akan mengisi segala kekosongan hidupmu? Ketika kau bosan tiada tempat untuk bermain, kawan inilah yang sentiasa berada disisimu, membuat perkara-perkara gila bersama. Kawanmu ini yang memimpin tanganmu ketika kau tidak tahu begaimana untuk berpasrah akan kehilangan yang kau lalui. Adakah yang lain  ada disisimu saat-saat kau perlukan mereka? Kita lihat nanti ketika aku benar-benar lelah untuk berada disisimu lagi. Cukup sampai sini. Aku bukan boneka. Jika kau boleh membuang aku sesuka hati, aku juga boleh melakukan perkara yang sama. Cuma aku hanyalah insan biasa. Tak tega untuk aku lakukan sebegitu pada satu-satunya insan yang bernama sahabat, teman, kawan. Jadi lebih baiklah aku diam sebegini. Mungkin suatu masa, kau akan sedar aku ini siapa.
